Materials for the Training
Thank you for participating in the Impactful Presentation Coaching
You have now completed two half-day coaching sessions designed to help you feel more free and confident, and to present in an authentic and impactful way.
You’ll find the video of your presentation at the bottom of this page. Take a moment to watch it – and enjoy your success!
Through practical exercises, presentation practice and personalised feedback, we worked on skills that will help you communicate your expertise clearly and make a stronger impact on your audience. I truly hope that the coaching has given you greater confidence, greater freedom and practical tools that you can continue to use in your future presentations. I’m excited to see where your presentation journey will take you next!
Shall we connect on LinkedIn? I would also be very happy and grateful if you had a moment to share your experience of the coaching with me in the form of a LinkedIn recommendation. Your feedback is valuable to me and helps others understand what presentation coaching can offer.
Wishing you confidence and joy in your future presentations!

A professional introduction is the most important moment for building trust
Practise your self-introduction and record it on your phone. Watch the recording and check whether your introduction includes all the key elements presented in the exercise.
Pay attention to the attitude and energy you convey. Observe your body language and consider which movements support your message and whether there is anything you could leave out next time.
Also listen to your speaking voice. Does your tempo, intonation and articulation support the impression you want to create? Does your voice convey confidence, professionalism and enthusiasm?
Repeat the exercise and record your self-introduction several times. Each time, choose one or two things you want to improve and record a new version.
Continue practising until you are satisfied with your introduction. The goal is not to memorise every word, but to make sure that your words, voice and non-verbal communication work together and support the professional impression you want to create.

Analyse and Reflect
Enjoy Yourself on Stage!
You now have an excellent opportunity to revisit and reflect on what you learned during the training by watching the video of your presentation and using the Esiintymisenkieli™ checklist. You received the checklist as a paper copy during the training.
Watch your presentation “through my eyes”: What can you already do clearly and confidently? Which impactful presentation techniques are you using this time? And what 2–3 things could you do even more effectively next time?
Take a look at the little notes you received during the training. You will find encouraging and inspiring observations in all of the feedback.
Remember Your Success!
Remember what it felt like to hear that your presentation had succeeded. Remember the strengths others recognised in you, and how your audience looked at you and listened to what you had to say. You have every right to shine in your everyday presentation situations too!
Bring those positive feelings back to mind before future presentations. Step in front of your audience with confidence and a positive mindset, trusting that you have something unique to share – something that no one else in the room could say in quite the same way.
That is why you were chosen!
Keep Practising Every Day!
You will find a presentation feedback form on this page that you can print and use whenever you would like to receive feedback on your presentations in the future. The most relevant feedback will usually come from someone who has completed the same training as you. Of course, the feedback may be somewhat different if the person giving it has not attended my training.
Please also remember that you have access to the Yli 100 Vinkkiä vaikuttamiseen online course materials.
The videos on this page will be removed on 30 November 2026. If you would like me to remove your video earlier, simply send me a screenshot of your video at niina@esiintymisvalmennus.fi, and I will take care of it.
